Those intentions used to be met with disappointment, as the habits did not stick. (up until I found out about these accountability groups!)
In my virtual fitclub,
We work on establishing a healthy wellness routine despite a busy schedule.
Specific ways we do so involves:
-planning our week in advance
It all depends what product or package would be most useful to you. Every challenger has unique needs, whether it be meal plans, workout plans, 1 on 1 coaching sessions, etc..
